Terms and Conditions of Use for Tobu Mobile App
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tobu mobile application (“App”) provided by Tobu (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using Tobu, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Tobu, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and any updates or modifications made by us. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the App.
2. Use of the App
Tobu is intended for personal, non-commercial use to store photos and videos and add contextual information through natural language interviews. You agree to use Tobu in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws and regulations.
3. User Content
By uploading photos, videos, or adding contextual information through Tobu, you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, modify, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing Tobu’s services.
4. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and media files within Tobu.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on Tobu without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Company, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Tobu.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Tobu at our discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes within the App. Continued use of Tobu after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
